A hand-knitted cardigan from our friends in South Africa, Big Little Store, who commission beautiful items for kids and home, directly from the makers.
Each one of these cardigans is knitted by Janri, under her label "Because I Love You." Janri knits with no patterns, all designs are created in the moment of knitting that particular piece.
In cotton yarn, these make a perfect layer all year round, and the most special, one-of-a-kind baby gift.
Please note that all sales on hand-knitted cardigans are final.

We prefer a looser fit and room to grow, so we recommend sizing up if you're unsure. Many items have a flat measurement chart available for your convenience right under the "Add to cart" button. As far as how to care for your clothing, we like ours washed cold, line-dried, and a bit wrinkled for a lived-in look.
