What if I need help with sizing for a specific item?

Flat measurements are coming soon to product pages, but for now feel free to email us at with any questions on a specific item. In general, we prefer a looser fit, so most items have a little room to grow, but we always recommend sizing up if you're unsure.

Where are your items made? Do you design everything in-house?

We're a multi-brand retailer carrying vendors from all over the world including Australia, the UK, Poland, Portugal, China, South Korea, and the US. Responsible manufacturing is important to us, and we'll always note in the product details which items are ethically and sustainably made.

We design our own line in-house with our favorite artists!

Do you have a store or showroom?

We don't have a store yet, but we hold regular pop-ups, so sign up for our mailing list for the latest info. Our studio is located near Lincoln Heights in Los Angeles, CA and we can arrange a pickup from there, just let us know!

Do you have physical gift cards?

We don't, but we do offer e-gift cards that you can email directly to the recepient.

Do you wholesale?

We offer wholesale on our in-house line, but not on our third party items. If you're interested in becoming a wholesale partner, please email us at


Can I cancel or change my order once it's been placed?

As long as the order hasn't been processed, we're happy to make any changes you need!

Email us at as soon as possible with the order number with your request and we'll get back to you. You'll know your order has processed when you receive an email with tracking information.

How long will it take for my order to process before shipping? How do I know if my order has been sent?

Typically an order will process within one to three business days from when it was placed. You'll know your order has been processed when you receive an email with tracking info, and the package will be sent that day.

Can I pick up something locally in LA?

Yes! Please DM or email us at before placing the order so we can confirm; usually we can arrange a time within 48 hours. If you've already placed your order and would like to pick it up instead, let us know and if it hasn't been processed, we can arrange a pickup time and refund your shipping cost.

What if my promo code isnt working?

We can help! Sometimes there are glitches but if your order is eligible for a code and you're getting an error, please let us know by emailing us at and we'll help troubleshoot or apply it retroactively. As a reminder, you must be signed up for the mailing list to use the code for 10% off your first purchase.

Are there visible prices on the packing slip? Do you offer gift wrapping and gift receipts?

Our packing slips don't show any prices. If you'd like to have your order gift wrapped, please select that option from the cart. If you'd like multiple items wrapped separately, you'll need to increase the quantity of Gift Wraps in your cart.


How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

The shipping times will show up upon checkout so you can select the one that works for you. Remember to allow one to three business days for processing before the shipping time.

What if I haven’t received my package and it’s past the expected delivery date?

What do I do if an item from my order is missing or damaged?

Yikes! Please reach out at within 14 days of receiving your package and we'll help sort it out.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We ship to most countries, but if you aren't seeing yours come up at checkout, please email and we can look into it.

A reminder that depending on where your order is shipping, you will be responsible for any customs duties and fees. International purchases are final sale.

What if my package says it’s been delivered but I’m unable to locate it?

We always recommend checking every entrance, mailroom, or mailbox on the premises, as well as with anyone in the household who may have accepted it. Sadly, we cannot refund or replace your order due to loss or theft. The shipping carrier will allow you to file a claim directly but we're unable to do so on your behalf.


How do I make a return?

We hope you love the pieces you purchase, but if you need to return an item, please use this link to request a return.

We ask that you contact us within 10 days from when you receive your package to request a return or inform us of an issue, and 10 days to postmark the return after the label is issued.

Once we receive the package from you, we'll process a refund to your original method of payment, minus a $6 shipping and restocking fee. The refund can take 5-10 business days to hit your account. If you'd prefer to take store credit, we will waive the $6 fee.

All sale items and hair accessories are final sale. There are no exceptions to this return policy.

How do I make an exchange?

For exchanges, we ask that you process a return as normal and place a new order for the size or item you'd like.

Can I return something that was a gift?

Sure! Please reach out to to let us know the order number or the name of the gift-giver.

We ask that you contact us 10 days from when the gift was received and make sure the item still has it's original tags, unwashed and unworn. We'll issue you a store credit that won't expire.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Typically, a refund takes 5-10 business days to hit your account.

Can I send you pictures of my adorable child(ren) wearing Milk Teeth?

We insist that you do! You can tag or DM us, it truly makes our day to see your kids showing off their goods. Bonus points for a starring role in a b-day candle-blowing video or a holiday card.

Did I bring the garbage cans in?

Unlikely. But if you leave them there, you won't have to put them out again next week?
