What if I need help with sizing for a specific item?
Many products have flat measurements provided on product pages, but if you do not see it free to email us at hi@shopmilkteeth.com with any questions on a specific item. In general, we prefer a looser fit, so most items have a little room to grow, but we always recommend sizing up if you're unsure.
Where are your items made? Do you design everything in-house?
We're a multi-brand retailer carrying vendors from all over the world including Australia, the UK, Poland, Portugal, China, South Korea, and the US. Responsible manufacturing is important to us, and we'll always note in the product details which items are ethically and sustainably made.
We design our own line in-house with our favorite artists!
Do you have a store or showroom?
We don't have a store yet, but we hold regular pop-ups, so sign up for our mailing list for the latest info.
Do you have physical gift cards?
We don't, but we do offer e-gift cards that you can email directly to the recepient.
Do you wholesale?
We offer wholesale on our in-house line, but not on our third party items. If you're interested in becoming a wholesale partner, please fill out our stockist questionnaire.
ORDERS
Can I cancel or change my order once it's been placed?
As long as the order hasn't been processed, we're happy to make any changes you need!
Email us at hi@shopmilkteeth.comas soon as possible with the order number with your request and we'll get back to you. You'll know your order has processed when you receive an email with tracking information.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
How long will it take for my order to process before shipping? How do I know if my order has been sent?
Typically an order will process within one to three business days from when it was placed. You'll know your order has been processed when you receive an email with tracking info, and the package will be sent that day.
What if my promo code isnt working?
We can help! Sometimes there are glitches but if your order is eligible for a code & you've double checked the spelling (it happens!), and you're getting an error, please let us know by emailing us at hi@shopmilkteeth.com and we'll help troubleshoot. We are unable to help after the order has been placed, so please reach out to us prior to placing your order.
How do I use the Birthday Club discount?
To qualify for a birthday discount, you must sign up at least 30 days before the birthday provided. Otherwise, your discount will be scheduled for the following year. You can expect to receive a birthday coupon two weeks before the birthday date. For any help, please email us at hi@shopmilkteeth.com :)
Are there visible prices on the packing slip? Do you offer gift wrapping and gift receipts?
Our packing slips don't show any prices. If you'd like to have your order gift wrapped, please select that option from the cart. If you'd like multiple items wrapped separately, you'll need to increase the quantity of Gift Wraps in your cart.
What is your stylist pull policy?
Please email info@shopmilkteeth.com to arrange a stylist pull and request our policy.
Kindly note that if an order was not purchased under the stylist pull policy but is found or suspected to be one, we may reject the return.
SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
The shipping times will show up upon checkout so you can select the one that works for you. Remember to allow one to three business days for processing before the shipping time.
What if I haven’t received my package and it’s past the expected delivery date?

What do I do if an item from my order is missing or damaged?
Yikes! Please reach out at hi@shopmilkteeth.com within 10 days of receiving your package and we'll help sort it out.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! For international shipping, costs will vary by weight and location. We offer UPS and DHL. Milk Teeth is not responsible for any of import duties or customs fees. All international sales are final. Transit times and delivery will vary by country. International packages that are lost or stolen are only covered up to $100.
What if my package says it’s been delivered but I’m unable to locate it?
Sometimes the postal service marks the packages as delivered a few days early! We also always recommend checking every entrance, mailroom, or mailbox on the premises, as well as with anyone in the household who may have accepted it. If your package shows as delivered for a few days but you still have not received it, please email hi@shopmilkteeth.com
What if my package was returned to sender?
If your package is returned to sender, the items will be restocked and refunded once they arrive back at our warehouse. Please note that we aren’t responsible for delays or lost packages that are returned to sender. Once your refund is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and you’re welcome to place a new order. If you have any questions, please email us at hi@shopmilkteeth.com :)
RETURNS
How do I make a return?
We hope you love the pieces you purchase, but if you need to return an item, please use this link to request a return.
You have 20 days from the shipment date (refer to your shipping confirmation email) to request a return, and 10 days to postmark it once your label is issued. Please report any damages or issues within 10 days of receiving your package.
Once we've received the item(s), please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method. We charge $10 for shipping and restocking which will be subtracted from your refund amount. If you would like to avoid the $10 fee, please select the store credit option through the return portal.
All sale items, baby accessories & gear, one-of-a-kind/handmade items, and hair accessories are final sale. All international orders are final sale and are ineligible for a return.
How do I make an exchange?
For exchanges, we ask that you process a return as normal and place a new order for the size or item you'd like.
Can I return something that was a gift?
Sure! Please reach out to hi@shopmilkteeth.com to let us know the order number or the name of the gift-giver.
We ask that you contact us 10 days from when the gift was received and make sure the item still has it's original tags, unwashed and unworn. We'll issue you a store credit that won't expire.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Typically, a refund takes 5-10 business days to hit your account.

You asked so many times that we made you a sweater!!
Can I send you pictures of my adorable child(ren) wearing Milk Teeth?
We insist that you do! You can tag or DM us, it truly makes our day to see your kids showing off their goods. Bonus points for a starring role in a b-day candle-blowing video or a holiday card.
Did I bring the garbage cans in?
Unlikely. But if you leave them there, you won't have to put them out again next week?
Are you mad at me?
