Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.

Important notes:

  • Returns must be requested within 20 days of the shipment date (see your shipping confirmation email).
  • Once your return label is issued, it must be postmarked within 10 days, or it will expire.
  • Returns that appear unusually large may be flagged for review to prevent fraud or unauthorized stylist pulls.
  • For gift returns, please email us with the purchaser’s name and the items you’d like to return.
