We ship free on purchases sent within the U.S over $200! For domestic purchases under $200, we offer Standard and Expedited shipping options. Please allow for a 1-3 business day processing window.

For international shipping, costs will vary by weight and location. We offer UPS. Milk Teeth is not responsible for import duties or customs fees. All international sales are final, excluding EU customers. Transit times and delivery will vary by country.

We ship from Los Angeles, and carry vendors from all over the world. We try to include as much information as possible in the item description, but are always happy to answer any specific questions you may have.

Covered with Checkout+ (U.S. orders only)

• Add Checkout+ at checkout for full coverage on your order, including packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen. If it arrives damaged, or gets lost along the way — you're covered. Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number, and we'll replace or refund your order.

Not covered without Checkout+

• Milk Teeth is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit on orders without Checkout+. If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. Once your order shows as "Delivered" by the carrier's tracking, Milk Teeth is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing from the delivery location — we'd recommend selecting a secure delivery location (e.g., a mailroom, locked mailbox, or requiring a signature) for added protection.

International orders

• International orders are covered up to a maximum of $100 per order for packages lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery. Checkout+ is not available for international orders.
