We ship free on purchases sent within the U.S over $150!

For domestic purchases under $150, shipping costs will vary by weight and location. We offer UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Saver, or USPS. Please allow for a 1-3 business day processing window.

For international shipping, costs will vary by weight and location. Please note that all prices are show in USD. We offer USPS, DHL, or UPS Ground. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. Milk Teeth is not responsible for any of these import duties or customs fees. All international sales are final. Transit times and delivery will vary by country. 

Milk Teeth is not responsible for packages delayed or lost/stolen in transit. If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier. Unfortunately, if your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, we are unable to file a theft claim on your behalf.

We ship directly from our studio in Los Angeles, and carry vendors from all over the world. We try to include as much information as possible in the item description, but are always happy to answer any specific questions you may have.

RETURNS

We inspect each item to ensure quality, and provide sizing and fabrication details in the product description to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. You can always reach out to ask a specific sizing question! We hope you love the pieces you purchase, but if you need to return an item, please email us at hello@shopmilkteeth.com. You have 14 days from when you receive your package to make a return. 

We accept unused, unworn, unwashed items purchased at full price for a refund. If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, we can issue store credit. Once we've received the item, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method. We charge $5 for shipping and restocking which will be subtracted from your refund amount. If you prefer to take store credit, we will waive the $5 fee.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to make exchanges; please reach out for a return label for the item you wish to send back and place the new order separately.

All sale items, swimwear, and hair accessories are final sale. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
