We hope you love the pieces you purchase, but if you need to return an item, please use this link to request a return (use the same email address you used to make an order, see detailed instructions below).

You have 10 days from when you receive your package to request a return or inform us of an issue, and 10 days to postmark the return after the label is issued.

We inspect each item to ensure quality, and provide sizing and fabrication details in the product description to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. You can always reach out to ask a specific sizing question!

We accept unused, unworn, unwashed items purchased at full price for a refund. If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please email us at with a purchaser’s name and items you are looking to return. Once we've received the item, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method. We charge $6 for shipping and restocking which will be subtracted from your refund amount. If you prefer to take store credit, use our returns portal and add “Request store credit” to the notes section and we will waive the $6 return fee. A store credit code will be emailed to you upon approval of the return. Store credit does not expire and can be used site-wide.

All international orders require a few additional processing days and are final sale. Loss or theft of any international order is only covered up to $100. International duties and fees are covered by customer. 

Unfortunately, we aren't able to make exchanges; please return the unwanted item(s) and place an order for a new item(s).

All sale items and hair accessories are final sale. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. There are no exceptions to this return policy. 

Return Request Instructions:

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. 

1. Log in to your account:

- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
