Returns
We hope you love the pieces you purchased, but if you need to initiate a return, please use our Return Portal (you will need your order number and email used to place your order).
You have 20 days from the shipment date (refer to your shipping confirmation email) to request a return, and 10 days to postmark it once your label is issued. Please report any damages or issues within 10 days of receiving your package.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please use the Return Portal to initiate a return by selecting the appropriate reason and we will be in touch.
We accept unused, unworn, unwashed items purchased at full price for a refund. If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please email us at with a purchaser’s name and items you are looking to return. Larger returns can sometimes be flagged if they appear to be fraudulent or part of an unauthorized stylist pull. Once we've received the item, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method. We charge $7 for shipping and restocking which will be subtracted from your refund amount. If you would like to avoid the $7 fee, please select the store credit option through the return portal. A store credit code will be emailed to you upon receiving and inspecting the return at the warehouse. Store credit does not expire and can be used site-wide.
All international orders require a few additional processing days and are final sale. Loss or theft of any international order is only covered up to $100. International duties and fees are covered by customer.
Unfortunately, we aren't able to make exchanges; please return the unwanted item(s) and place an order for a new item(s).
All sale items (including flash sale items), baby accessories & gear, one-of-a-kind items, and hair accessories are final sale. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively. There are no exceptions to this return policy.
