What items are eligible for return?

  • Items requested within 20 days of shipment date
  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed items
  • Full-priced items only
  • Items in original condition with all tags attached

What items are non-returnable?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • All sale items
  • Baby accessories & gear
  • One-of-a-kind / handmade items
  • Hair accessories
  • All international orders
  • ShipInsure

Can I return an international order?

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please note:

  • Duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Loss or theft is only covered up to $100
  • Additional processing time may apply

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please report any damages, defects, or incorrect items within 10 days of delivery.

To initiate a claim, use the Return Portal and select the appropriate reason. Our team will follow up with next steps.

Important:

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, misuse, or incorrect washing of items.

Can I make an exchange?

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Please return the unwanted item(s) and place a new order.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be edited, modified, or canceled once they are placed. If needed, please place a new order.

What are my refund options?

We offer the following options:

  • Refund to original payment method
    A $10 shipping/restocking fee will be deducted

  • Store credit (no fee)
    Issued after your return is received and inspected
    Delivered via email
    Valid site-wide and does not expire

How do I ship back my return?

Shipping instructions will be provided via email after your return request is approved.

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If your package is returned to sender:

  • Items will be restocked once received at our warehouse
  • A refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages returned to sender.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed.

You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

Additional Policies

  • Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively
  • There are no exceptions to this return policy
