Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges

What items are eligible for return?

  • Items requested within 30 days of shipment date
  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed items
  • Full priced items only
  • Items in original condition with all tags attached

What items are non-returnable?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • All sale items
  • Baby accessories & gear
  • One-of-a-kind / handmade items
  • Hair accessories
  • All international orders

Can I return an international order?

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Please note:

  • duties and fees are the responsibility of the custome
  • Loss or theft is only covered up to $100
  • Additional processing time may apply

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

  • Please report any damages, defects, or incorrect items within 10 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a claim, use the Return Portal and select the appropriate reason. Our team will follow up with next steps.
  • Important: We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, misuse, or incorrect washing of items.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes! Exchanges can be made in our Return and Exchange Portal for up to 30 days after the shipping date.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be edited, modified, or canceled for up to 1 hour after they are placed.

What are my refund options?

We offer the following refund options:

  • Refund to original payment - a $10 shipping/restocking fee will be deducted
  • Store credit - no fee; issued after your return is received and inspected. Delivered via email and does not expire.

Please note: Customers who opt-in to Checkout+ at checkout can request a full refund for no fee.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

Additional Policies

  • Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively
  • There are no exceptions to this return policy
